Speed, Strength, and Stick skills

November 7 – December 14

Monday's & Wednesday's

4th -8th Graders (Girl's are welcome!)

2nd & 3rd graders can do stick work portion only.

4:00 - 5:30pm

Legacy Field (See Picture Below)  Pick up and drop off will be in the MAIN PARKING LOT in front of the adult learning school.  The players will have to go back and forth to the field along the riverbed path to / from Woodbridge HS to do wall ball on the handball courts.

Format | NOC is offering a unique opportunity to improve Strength, Speed, and Stick skills in this program custom designed for lacrosse athletes. The program consists of 90 total minutes of training. With 45 minutes of on field (grass) training focusing on improving a players speed and strength through a program custom developed by Coach Tony. The other 45 minutes will consist of a specially designed wall ball routine that will improve a players technique, release speed, cradling in both his or her dominant and offhand. 

The Triple S Program is limited to 20 total  (2 groups of 10) full triple s participants!

We can accommodate 5 more for stick skills (wall ball only) for $95 (please email noclacrosse@gmail.com for a discount code to register).

Cost | $220
All participants must also be USA Lacrosse members, $30 annually.  The registration will guide you through the process if you are not already a USA Lacrosse member.
